1.How long will shipping take?
 
Shipping takes from 5 to 14 days depending on country of destination. Here are a few destination examples to give you an indication:

- USA  5 to 8 business days.
- EU countries  5 to 8 business days.
- South Africa 7 to 10 business days.
- Japan  5 to 7 business days.
- Canada  5 to 8 business days.

As we ship to over 65 countries we unfortunately cannot list them all.

2.How is my order shipped?
 
Every order is guaranteed to be delivered in a bubble-plastic padded envelope and undamaged.  We ship orders via Priority Airmail. The parcel is delivered to your doorstep and you do not need to sign for receipt on delivery.

3.How do I know this is not a rip-off?
 
This is a very valid and understandable question. However we have been in business longer than any of our competitors for a reason. Our customers have come to trust us in that period of time and keep coming back to order. We would never have earned this reputation if we did not provide such an excellent after sales support. We are committed to providing an excellent service to our customers each and every day.

4. What kind of version do you sale?

We sold parts of softcover version of the software, not official retail version. The sale of the software shall not affect your normal use and can do subsequent updates . We will not accept any return caused by version of the problem.
